People’s Choice award winners will be announced at 4:30pm
Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place • Cash Prizes 1st – $200, 2nd – $150, 3rd $100
ENTRY FEE: $20 for 1 – 4 judged pieces (non-refundable)

All floral designs become the property of RioVision. Proceeds to benefit public art.

Rules:
Must be a student in elementary, middle, or high school
Only one entry per child
Artwork must be 100% produced by the child
Submitted artwork to have Artist’s information included with art.
Children’s artwork will not be for sale.
