ARTWORK INTAKE: Friday, May 30, 2025, is from 4 – 7 am at 45 Main St. NO LATER
ARTWORK PICKUP: May 31, 2025, no later than 6 pm after the show ends at 5 pm.
People’s Choice award winners will be announced at 5:00pm
Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place • Cash Prizes 1st – $100, 2nd – $75, 3rd $50
ENTRY FEE: $20 for 1 – 4 judged pieces (non-refundable)
JUDGED ENTRIES PARAMETERS:
Original, hanging art, including photography done by artist.
Up to 4 pieces of original art per artist no prints other than photography.
All artworks must be wired, ready to hang, & the center of the wire reaching 2” from top.
Dry Paint
No staples or saw tooth hangers.
Size Limit: No piece may be more than 36 inches in any direction.
ID on the back of the artwork: Must include your name, title of the piece, your phone number,
medium and price if for sale.
SALES: All sales will be processed at the cashier’s table. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Checks for sales will be made payable to the artist. The artist is responsible for taxes.
Art pieces stay on display until Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 5pm

Rules:
Must be a student in elementary, middle, or high school age
Only one entry per student.
Artwork must be 100% produced by the student and matted.
Submitted artwork to have Artist’s information included with art.
Youth artwork will not be for sale.
You can save the application form to your computer and then fill them out. Then just Save the PDF form.
You can upload the form here or e-mail it to [email protected]. You can also just print it out and mail it along with your payment to P.O. Box 89, Rio Vista, CA 94571. Make checks payable to RioVision. You can also pay online by using our online payment option.
